YOGA BASICS HAS BEEN EXTENDED FOUR MORE WEEKS BY REQUEST!!!
Would you really like to try yoga, but are not sure what it is all about? This class will teach you all the basic postures, meditation, and yogic philosophy. You will become familiar with the terminology, so you will be comfortable in any yoga class. We will also cover breathing techniques, and the benefits of yoga. Learn how to begin a rewarding practice that can last you a lifetime.
